A1 Judging List.
Persons who have previously been approved by the Kennel Club to award Challenge Certificates in the breed, whom have completed their first appointment and whom this association would support.
A2 Judging List.
Persons who fulfill all the requirements for the A3 list and who have been assessed in accordance with Kennel Club requirements and accepted by the Kennel Club for inclusion on an A2 list and whom this association would support.
A3 Judging List.
Persons who meet the criteria listed below and whom this association would support as being suitable to award Challenge Certificates in the breed, but not yet approved by The Kennel Club for inclusion on the A2 list.
CRITERIA FOR A3 LIST BREED SPECIALIST
·
A minimum of Seven years judging experience in any
one breed (to include Five years judging in Rottweilers).
·
To have judged either sex
of the breed at a Rottweiler Breed Club Open Show or both sexes at a minimum of
Two breed club supported entry shows.
·
To have judged Rottweilers
at a minimum of Twenty recognized
shows having an adequate geographical spread.
·
To have judged a minimum of
Eighty classes of Rottweilers.
·
To have judged a minimum of
Two Hundred Rottweilers.
·
To have awarded Challenge
Certificates in at least One other
breed.
·
To have attended at least one Rottweiler breed specific judging
seminar run in accordance with the relevant Kennel Club Code of Best Practice, and
passed an examination or assessment where applicable.
·
To have bred and/or owned a
minimum of any breed when they have obtained their first entry in The Kennel
Club Stud book. (Save in exceptional circumstances).
·
To have stewarded at Twelve shows.
CRITERIA
FOR B LIST BREED SPECIALIST
·
To have a minimum of Seven
years experience owning and exhibiting Rottweilers and been active* within
the breed for not less than Five years. (* Active being defined as
showing an interest in the breed, as an exhibitor, judge, steward or assistant
in Rottweiler classes at recognized shows)
·
To have judged a
minimum of Thirty Rottweilers classes at Open (or
recognized) shows over a period of not less than five years.
·
To have judged a
minimum of One Hundred Rottweilers at Open (or recognized) shows.
·
To have attended at least One Rottweiler breed
specific judging seminar run in accordance with the relevant Kennel Club
Code of Best Practice, and passed an examination or assessment where
applicable.
·
To have stewarded at
Twelve shows.
CRITERIA FOR B LIST NON-BREED SPECIALIST
·
To have a minimum of Seven
years experience owning and exhibiting their chosen breed and been active*
within the breed for not less than Seven years. (* Active being defined
as showing an interest in the breed, as an exhibitor, judge, steward or
assistant in classes of that breed at recognized shows)
·
To have judged a minimum of
Thirty Rottweilers classes over a period of not less than five years.
·
To have judged a minimum of
One Hundred Rottweilers.
·
To have attended at least One
Rottweiler breed specific judging seminar run in accordance with the
relevant Kennel Club Code of Best Practice, and passed an examination or
assessment where applicable.
·
To have stewarded at Twelve shows.
CRITERIA FOR C LIST - BREED SPECIALISTS
· To have owned or exhibited Rottweilers for a minimum of five (5) years.
CRITERIA FOR C LIST - NON BREED SPECIALISTS
·
To have owned and exhibited
their own chosen breed for a minimum of five (5) years.
· To have judged their own chosen breed not less than 5 times.
It should be noted
that attainment of the criteria does not guarantee inclusion onto the C and B list,
as this is always at the discretion of the SWRA committee and SWRA Judges
Sub-Committee
